Trip to the :Dentist

Today was my trip to the dentist to remove that vexatious wisdom tooth of mine which perceptibly not very wise. The 'surgery', as you may call it, went pretty smoothly. The most pain I felt was during the jabs. My mouth was too numb to feel anything after that. I did feel the pressure of whatever the dentist used to scrape out my teeth to a certain extent.

The reason for this 'surgery' is because my teeth, instead of growing upwards it grows 90 degrees horizontally. Ergo if not removed, it would push at my other teeth causing it to be rather cramped it the front. And that would mean I'd have to wear braces.

So what the dentist did was to first numb my mouth so that I don't feel the pain. Then she proceeded to cut open my gums in order to get the tooth out. Apparently this tooth is quite big so she couldn't remove it at once and had to cut it into half. After about 45 minutes the tooth was finally removed and I was allowed to go home and live happily ever after. Or so I thought.....

Once I got home, I was bleeding non-stop. Had to change cotton every half hour. My mouth was still numb so I had a bit of drool problems. But it was under control. Then later in the day my cheek started to swell so it looks kinda funny now. No pictures for you guys, sorry.

So I'm gonna be stuck indoors for the whole of tonight and tomorrow. Good time to catch up on movies. I need a break anyways. Haven't stopped since after SPM.

Will update on the Langkawi trip once I get my hands on all the pictures.

First thing I did when I got home after Ekonomi Asas was to dispose EVERYTHING related to SPM. Books, notes, questions, answers, all into the recycling bin. I'd burn them all for the extra kick but that'll cause air pollution and wastage which can't be very good for us, can it?

Life's good right now. Been doing many stuff that were held back because of studies. More things to look forward to these days. Job interview went well today. Anyone need a credit card come look for me. :P

Currently taking a break from sejarah. Got home from prefect dinner about an hour and a half ago. Somehow this year was pretty rushed but still it was a good night. Err, I'm not gonna go into the details right now.

I'm Alive!

I know my blog's been in a coma for the LONGEST TIME EVER. So here's me trying to revive it!

So the reason I haven't been blogging as much as I hoped to is because I've been preparing myself for the upcoming battle against the evil and repulsive SPM!!! Or at least I've been trying to. *smiles sheepishly*

On a happier note, I've got my driving license! After all the delays and waiting I finally get to hit the streets without any adult supervision. Jadi, boleh drift lah tuh! Hehehe.... Though I think I'm gonna miss Metro a little. Had the best driving instructor ever. He was so much fun! Especially during the last class with Tiff. Laughed my ass off! So thanks Cikgu Kamal for everything!

Remembered something funny Sean Philip said a while back:

Hahaha! That was when Chii Chang's spit got all over him. For those of you who don't know, amylase is an enzyme found in saliva that breaks down starch into maltose. At least I know that much of bio.

TWELVEANS FOR UNITY!

Twelveans for Unity is a project by the Form 5s. The group consists of 8 Malays, 8 Chinese and 8 Indians. 888, an auspicious number, no? Due to some technical errors, the performance didn't go as well as planned. But the practice and rehearsals were definitely loads of fun! At least something to remember for our last Merdeka Celebration in SMK USJ 12.
